This has got to be the most fun cardio devices I've used and a lot more energy expenditure than a regular walk or jog on the treadmill. To take it up a notch log into the cult app and pair your rower with the app and that takes up the fun level to a 10 with rowing around various destinations and other games. The seat itself was rather soft and comfortable to sit on which i didn't expect and helps in a more comfortable workout. I cannot stress enough on how much more intensive this is compared to a jog. My back, shoulders, quads and calves were on fire. Love it All in all definelty recommending this to people.
