Had a diet consultation session which was offered as a complementary one with the cycle purchase. The trainer was very helpful, made me understand the requirement of whatever she was suggesting to include or exclude in the diet. Cycle installation experience was not that great, as the technician didn't carry an air pump nor did he carry oil to lubricate the chain because of which I am unable to ride the cycle. How can you guys except customer to buy the pump and oil before hand?? Atleast at the of installation these basic things should be done...
